COMMELL, the Industrial Computer Division of Taiwan Commate Computer Inc., announce the Mini-ITX mainboard platform LV-671 based on Intel 82855GM and 82801DB Chipset, which offers a highly integrated low power, high performace chipset solution that has been optimized to support the Intel® Pentium® M processor running at 1700+ MHz, high speed DDR memory, integrated graphics controller with Intel Extreme Graphics 2 dual independent displays , The integrated display controller comes with up to 64 MB of dynamic video memory allocation and Single- or Dual-channel LVDS panel support up to UXGA resolution.

The LV-671 comes with floppy, PS/2 Keyboard and Mouse, 2 x RS232C, UltraATA 100 EIDE and IrDA interface on-board, Networking is provided by Intel 82540EM Gigabit Ethernet. Six USB ports and 5.1 channel Audio are also integrated. A Mini-PCI slot is available for system expansion that can hold all types of Mini-PCI modules, for more feature extension such as Centrino-like wireless LAN, DES, modem or capture card. To Meet the requirement of different display interface, LV-671 provides the optional Mini-AGP slot to use Mini-AGP add-on card. Additionally, LV-671 is also equipped with PCMCIA and CompactFalsh Interface for easily using any communication and memory card.

The single DC supply is another important feature for embedded system integrator. COMMELL LV-671 is requiring 12VDC or 19VDC only, Moreover, The board features a protective design to prevent when input voltage rises up to unexpectedly voltage.

The COMMELL LV-671 is designed to meet the needs of gaming, entertainment, network computing and other high performance embedded PC-based systems with these perfect features, which also well supports with the Windows 2000/XP, Linux operation systems.

· Expansive Slots: 1 x slim PCI Slot ,Mini-PCI or Mini-AGP port can be used optionally.

· PCMCIA Socket: Supports Type I, II, III PCMCIA cards.

· LAN Interface: On board Intel 82540EM to support Gigabit Ethernet.

· Audio: Realtek ALC650 AC97 5.1 channel audio interface.

· USB: 6 Hi-Speed USB 2.0 interface with up to 480 Mbps of data transfer rate.

· I/O Ports: 2 serial ports, 1 parallel port, IrDA, FDD, PS/2 keyboard and mouse ports.

· Solid State Disk: On board CompactFlash Type-II socket.

· Digital I/O: Supports 15 bit digital I/O.

· Watchdog: Software configurable, 1s.....255s / 1ms.....255 ms.

· Power Supply: +12V or +19V only supply can be used.
